BREAKFAST

They say people that eat breakfast weigh less and are more healthy. I personaly don't think this is completly true. I don't eat breakfast every morring and i weigh less than most people. My height to me seem like I would weigh more because I am shorter. I may not be as healthy when you look at it medicaly, but as far I can tell im just as healthy as most people.
