This Quote to me means that you children can't drive. I know that it may apply to my parents beacause I have two younger brothers and two older sisters. One of my older sisters has been in plenty of wrecks. My other sister and I haven't been thought thank god. I wouldn't be to sure about my brothers because they can't drive yet. It's just a wait and see kinda thing.
